Junior Cert German Award

Well done to transition year student Emma Moynihan who has been recognised by the Department of Education for her exceptional performance in her Junior Cert German exam.  Emma is going to the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to complete a language test on the 27^th March.  If successful Emma will be offered an International Award Programme which includes a four week stay in Germany, travel costs, accommodation and language classes.  This programme offers a great opportunity to improve one’s German and to increase one’s knowledge of the German people, their traditions and customs.  This is a huge honour for Emma and her German teacher Ms. O’Donovan. We wish Emma the best of luck in her endeavours.
