Congratulations to the first year girls football team who won their final in the Cork Post Primary school blitz played in Ballincollig on Wednesday 26th April.  On the day all 17 players contributed to our school bringing home the trophy.  The first 2 games were against Christ the King and Blarney, the semi-final was against a team from Loreto Fermoy and the final was won against Colaiste an Phiarsaigh Glanmire.  Joint Captains on the day were Ashley Ferris and Emma O Riordan who received the trophy on behalf of a very excited panel of players.
